International orders are shipped under international priority services with our carriers FedEx, DHL, India Post and includes insurance for the full value of the merchandise.
The delivery time is estimated to be 2-6 business days; however, this might get extended based on customs process and may also vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

Domestic

Domestic Order: We provide air and surface shipping method within India. Customs, Duties, Taxes and Other Charges Orders shipped to addresses outside of India may be subject to additional charges, taxes or fees which are determined by the local customs office of the destination country. The customer will have to bear any import duties, customs fees, taxes or other charges that may additionally be collected for when the package is delivered. Custom Clearance All shipments of products exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination and assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address. Hence, please ignore the message on the package section which mentions: “Please do not accept if the package is received in Open/ Tampered condition”. You will find the package sealed with a label saying “Opened for Customs”. Shipping Partner Our domestic logistic partner is Blue Dart, Professional Courier, DTDC Courier and Delhivery. Our international logistic partner is DHL, FedEx, UPS.

NOTE:
In case of International order, customer has to pay the shipping charges at the time of placing the order. Also, custom duty & taxes levied by destination country has to be borne by the customer and needs to be paid to the logistic partner at the time of delivery. Please note that all consignments are on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
