Vacuum Box Bubble Leak Test Training and Demonstration kit

Kit contains one flat 6” x 12” Vacuum Box with a viewing window of 4” x 10”.

And one corner 10"L x 5 1/4"W x 5 1/4" Vacuum Box with a viewing window of 4” x 10”.

Vacuum Box is designed for flat and corner surfaces.

Vacuum Box has a 1” thick foam gasket, 30 max vacuum gauge,

Bottom plate 12” x 20” x 0.125” T carbon steel plate 1 No

Bottom plate 12” x 20” x 0.250” T carbon steel plate 1 NO

Corner T plate 12” x 20” x 0.125” T carbon steel plate 1 No

Corner T plate 12” x 20” x 0.250” T carbon steel plate 1 NO

Each plate will contain 3 to 5 flaws AND welds flaws.

Supply of with complete set Air ejector pump complete with hose and quick coupling nozzle, foot switch and carry case for vacuum box bobble leak test application.

Flaw types include: Erosion, corrosion, Pitting, Pin Holes, Toe Cracks, HAZ Cracks, Base Metal Cracks, and Corrosion
