Step calibration wedges come in a large variety of sizes and configurations. Step wedges are typically manufactured with four or five or steps but custom wedge can be obtained with any number of steps. 6 Step Calibration Block for thickness and linearity calibration 6 Step Calibration Block 0.5mm – 15.25mm. DIMENSIONS: 6 Step Calibration Block has steps starting at 0.5mm to 15.25mm in 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 2.0mm, 3.8mm, 7.5mm and 15.25mm increments.
